Green Screen Toronto is a film industry association created to establish environmental training, guidelines and resources for productions working in Toronto. We are currently launching a pilot project providing free consultation to productions interested in greening their operations.
We are seeking film and television productions interested in being part of this pilot project for 2009.
The pilot (Phase 2 of a two-year initiative) will provide an environmental consultant, hired by Green Screen Toronto, who will collaborate with participating productions to design and deliver a suite of free tailored services - including mentoring, training, data collection and analysis - that aim to minimize the production’s environmental impact while remaining within the scope of the production’s resources.
Productions of all size and type are welcome to be part of this project. The intent of this pilot project is to create a comprehensive free service that will be accessible to all productions working in Toronto in 2010.
If you are interested in participating in this project, please contact:
Ed McNamara, Green Screen Toronto Resource Coordinator at 416.531.1769 or by email at greenscreen@planetinfocus.org
